Inspired Life Services is a shared home for individuals using the DD Waiver.  Technically Inspired Life is a "group" home, however I dislike the term "group" home because any home with more than one person could be considered a group home, but that's just not what we say. In college we called it having a roommate, or sharing an apartment or house.  

Person-centered thinking takes continual practice. Consider using the same words and phrases to describe the activities of individuals using waiver services that you would if you were describing what you would do.  We are people first!
